Problems we take off your list

Recurring leaks and electrical faults are the tickets that never close. We trace the cause, fix it at the source and document it, so the same ticket does not come back next season.

Basement and car-park leaks

Active leaks through walls, slabs, construction joints and pipe sleeves, stopped with two-stage polyurethane injection from inside the structure.

Water tanks

Crack injection and potable-water-grade lining for underground and roof tanks, with the product data sheets submitted before work starts.

Roofs, podiums and wet areas

Liquid-applied and spray polyurea systems for roofs, podium decks, terraces and plant-room floors, plus wet-area leak repairs.

Pump rooms, lift pits and plant rooms

Below-grade rooms where water ingress damages equipment, sealed by injection without removing the plant.

Distribution boards and power

DB upgrades and replacements, load checks, final circuits, common-area lighting and fault finding, tested and recorded before handover.

Approval coordination

Where a load increase or new connection needs TAQA Distribution (formerly ADDC) approval, the submission is made through a licensed contractor and we coordinate it to sign-off.

Waterproofing Injection Electrical Work

Built for buildings that stay open

Most of the buildings we work in are occupied. The method and the planning are chosen so residents, tenants and operations carry on.

Sealed from inside

Injection works through the inner face of the wall or slab, so there is no excavation, no landscaping removed and no scaffold on the façade.

Car parks in sections

We close a few bays at a time and keep the rest of the level in use, moving the work zone as each section is finished.

Tanks one compartment at a time

Building tanks over 50,000 litres are split into two compartments, or backed by a second tank, under the Abu Dhabi water supply rules. One stays in service while the other is drained, repaired and returned, so the building keeps its water supply.

Your permits, your hours

Method statement and risk assessment issued for approval, your permit-to-work and isolation procedures followed, and noisy drilling scheduled in the hours you set.

Ways to work with us

Single repair

One leak or one electrical fault: survey, written scope and itemised quote, then the repair and a completion report.

Building or portfolio survey

A recorded defect survey of one or several buildings, with every leak point mapped and numbered, so you can prioritise and budget the repairs.

Planned maintenance agreement

Scheduled inspections of basements, tanks and roofs, with repairs at agreed rates. Scope and frequency are set with you per building.

Documents you receive

  • Defect survey with photographs and a marked-up layout
  • Method statement and risk assessment
  • Technical and safety data sheets for every product
  • Electrical test results for new or modified circuits
  • Completion report with before-and-after records
  • Workmanship and materials warranty, and a VAT tax invoice

Questions from facility managers

Yes, in most cases. Injection is done from inside the structure, so we close only a few bays around the work zone and move the zone as each section is finished. The rest of the level stays in use.
Yes. We issue a method statement and risk assessment for approval before mobilising, follow your permit-to-work and isolation procedures, and schedule noisy work in the hours you set.
Yes. We survey each building, map and number every leak point with photographs, and give you a prioritised scope per building, so repairs can be budgeted and phased.
Yes. A planned maintenance agreement covers scheduled inspections of basements, tanks and roofs, with repairs at agreed rates. Scope and inspection frequency are agreed with you for each building.
Yes, in most buildings. The Department of Energy's Water Supply Guide requires tanks over 50,000 litres to be partitioned, or backed by a second tank, so maintenance does not cut the supply. We repair one compartment while the other stays in service. A smaller single-compartment tank needs a short planned shutdown, which we schedule with you. We use only potable-water-grade materials and submit their data sheets before work starts.
We reply to enquiries within 2 hours during business hours. For an active leak, send photos and the location on WhatsApp, and we agree the site attendance with you based on access and urgency.
