About Dot Expert
General Contracting L.L.C S.P.C — Abu Dhabi, UAE
Dot Expert was established in Abu Dhabi in 2025 to fill a clear gap in the market: property owners and developers struggling to find one reliable, licensed contractor for both specialist waterproofing and electrical work. The company is led by its founder, an electrical engineer with more than fifteen years of MEP and low-voltage experience in the UAE and Egypt, who supervises every project in person. We use injection-method waterproofing, which seals leaks from inside the structure rather than at the surface, and build electrical installations to the Abu Dhabi wiring regulations. We are bilingual, locally based, and directly accountable on every project we take on.
Who Leads Dot Expert
Abdellateef is an electrical engineer with more than fifteen years of experience delivering MEP and low-voltage works. Before founding Dot Expert in Abu Dhabi, Abdellateef headed the electromechanical department of a contracting company building and maintaining fuel stations and storage facilities for international oil companies, then founded a contracting firm that delivered the full MEP and low-voltage scope for luxury resorts and commercial malls. Every Dot Expert project is led by Abdellateef in person, from the site survey to the handover documents.
