X-Calibur Registered Applicator in Abu Dhabi

We install X-Calibur's X-Inject injection resins and X-Shield waterproofing and protective coatings, applied to the manufacturer's instructions by crews trained on its systems.

Why the applicator matters

Consultant specifications for waterproofing and injection repairs often name a system and require it to be installed by an applicator approved by the manufacturer. The reason is practical: many failures of injection resins and liquid-applied membranes come from application, not the product. Wrong mix ratio, wrong injection pressure, poor surface preparation or a film thinner than specified will defeat a good material.

Dot Expert General Contracting is registered with X-Calibur Construction Chemistry as an applicator of its X-Inject injection and X-Shield waterproofing systems. If your specification or consultant names X-Calibur, we can install it and provide the documents the approval process needs.

Dot Expert is a registered applicator of X-Calibur Construction Chemistry. Our team has completed the manufacturer's site application training and installs its injection and liquid waterproofing systems to X-Calibur's application standards.

X-Inject injection resins

X-Inject is X-Calibur's range of polyurethane, epoxy, acrylic and ultrafine cement injection materials for stopping water leaks and sealing or structurally repairing cracks in concrete. We choose the resin by what the crack is doing: whether water is flowing, whether the crack moves, and whether strength has to be restored.

Our standard two-stage method for active leaks, foam to stop the water and then a flexible resin to seal the crack permanently, uses X-Inject WS100 followed by X-Inject PU211 or PU221. See the full injection process →

Stopping active water leaks

  • X-Inject WS100 Two-part water-reactive polyurethane foam. It expands on contact with water to stop flowing leaks before the permanent seal is injected.
  • X-Inject PU611 Strong Foam Rapid-foaming polyurethane for high-volume, high-pressure leaks in diaphragm walls, secant piles, tunnels and basements.
  • X-Roc WaterPlug Ultra-fast-setting cement mortar for plugging running water at holes and joints, used alongside the resin systems.

Permanent flexible crack sealing

  • X-Inject PU211 / PU221 Low-viscosity flexible polyurethane resin for dry, damp or wet cracks and construction joints in basements, slabs and liquid-retaining structures.
  • X-Inject PU311 / PU321 Stop N Seal Dual-function polyurethane: it foams where water is present to stop the leak, and cures to a flexible seal where it is not.

Structural crack repair

  • X-Inject EP200 / EP211 Low-viscosity epoxy resins that restore strength to dry structural cracks, and grout baseplates with gaps under 10 mm.
  • X-Inject EP211EX Epoxy with an extended pot life for large injection areas and gravity-fed crack filling.
  • X-Inject PU411 High Strength Rigid, high-compressive-strength polyurethane for cracks in beams, columns and slabs, including damp and wet cracks.

Curtain injection and joints

  • X-Inject AP511 Super Gel Very-low-viscosity acrylic–polyurea gel for curtain injection behind failed basement membranes and for very fine cracks.
  • X-Inject UFC / UFC 25 Ultrafine injection cement for filling voids and sealing construction joints, including through injection hose systems.

X-Shield waterproofing and protective coatings

X-Shield is X-Calibur's range of liquid-applied waterproofing, polyurea, epoxy, polyurethane and protective coatings. These are the building systems we apply, hand-applied by brush, roller or trowel, and spray polyurea with plural-component equipment.

Yes. Dot Expert General Contracting is a registered applicator of X-Calibur Construction Chemistry for its X-Inject injection and X-Shield waterproofing systems. Our crews have completed the manufacturer's site application training, and the current certificate, with its expiry date, is published on this page.
For flowing water we first inject X-Inject WS100, a water-reactive foam that stops the flow, then X-Inject PU211 or PU221 to seal the crack permanently. For heavy, high-pressure leaks in diaphragm or secant pile walls we use X-Inject PU611 Strong Foam. Where one material is preferred, X-Inject PU311 Stop N Seal foams on contact with water and cures to a flexible seal.
Polyurethane (X-Inject PU211, PU221 or PU311) for cracks that leak or move, because it stays flexible and bonds in wet conditions. Epoxy (X-Inject EP200 or EP211) for dry cracks where structural strength has to be restored. For damp or wet cracks in beams, columns and slabs that also need strength, X-Inject PU411 High Strength is the rigid option.
Only the potable-water-grade systems: X-Shield FS490 PW spray polyurea, X-Shield EpoxyBlue, X-Shield EpoxySeal PW and X-Shield UraSeal PW. General waterproofing coatings must not be used in contact with drinking water. We submit the product data sheet with its potable-water details for approval before work starts.
Yes. We apply X-Shield spray polyurea with plural-component spray equipment on roofs, parking decks and water tanks, and hand-applied X-Shield systems such as ProCoat, FixCoat and PatchCoat for smaller areas, details and repairs.
