Basement car-park rectification in Abu Dhabi across two basement levels (B1 and B2) and the ground-floor common areas. Active leaks through the basement walls were sealed with polyurethane injection and floor cracks were treated with epoxy. Delaminated slab areas were broken out to sound concrete, the exposed reinforcement was treated, and the slab was reinstated with micro-concrete. The car-park floor received a heavy-duty epoxy coating with an anti-slip finish in vehicle areas, damaged expansion-joint fillers were replaced, and walls and ceilings were repaired and repainted. Outside, the areas around the rainwater drains were waterproofed with a cementitious system, and the entrance ramp was grouted and finished with a traffic-grade coating.
